Double room in a fantastic house in Brixton

Hello!

We are looking for a new housemate to share our fantastic four bedroom house in Brixton. We are 15 minutes walk from Brixton, 15 from Clapham Common and 15 minutes from Clapham North. There are great bars and Tesco, Sainsburys and Lidl located within easy walking distance.

We are two females and one male in our late twenties/early 30s (2 English, 1 NZ). In our spare time we cook, watch movies (we have a projector), share a drink and have the odd night out. It's a sociable house and while we don't live in each other's pockets, we all get along - so we want you to as well!

We have lots of communal space - the ground floor is all shared and open plan - and a courtyard garden that helps keep the iso blues at bay. There are also two bathrooms, so you don't have to wait!

We are looking for someone who is considerate, sociable and clean. We try to keep the house as clean and tidy as possible, and have a cleaner in once a fortnight for the big stuff.

The rent for the room is £620- which includes council tax but does not include utilities, internet and cleaning products. Utilities and internet come to about £30 per month. Our landlord is bloody excellent too.
