Bright Quiet with big desk and Storage

The house is fully refurbished.
The room has a big desk view on the garden, sound system linked to the bathroom too that is shared with only one lovely lodger in the loft above (friend Rachel from Canada/ doing her PhD ).
Free cycle parking is included since we have a secure cycle shed in the front garden. Back garden has beautiful lights with Webber BBQ. All Kitchen equipment for cooking, dishwasher, washing /dryer, audiogene sound system in the kitchen, surrounding sound system in the reception room with fire place.
We are a family with 2 children (12 and 15) We mainly leave on the ground floor and have our bedrooms on the first floor and our own bathrooms.
The street is very quiet and residential, 10 mn to Brockwell park and 10 min to Brixton Tube station. We have a very good transport facilities with buses, tubes, and train stations. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
