On the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen overlooks the garden. with fridge / freezer, washing machine and separate tumble dryer. Adjoining is the dining room and double through lounge with TV- all linked open plan.

My existing lodger is moving out after 18 months and you would be sharing with myself and one other female lodger (who works for BBC News). I am an arts professional. The house is ideal for 3 people. I prefer female lodgers as I have always lived with females and it is my home.

Great communications: We are 7 minutes walk away from either Brixton (Victoria Line) or Clapham North (Northern) tube stations and the 35 / 37 bus stops at the end of the road. The 137 bus stop is 3 mins away. There is a Lidl round the corner, Tesco down the road, Brixton market nearby, Ritzy cinema - and Clapham equidistant.
