I am renting out my room for a two weeks short let from the 29th of December to the 11th of January to a single person. No deposit Is requested and the rate is £30 per day.
This two bedroom flat is very spacious, there is a small balcony and the kitchen comes with all the appliances.
The room itself is extremely spacious as well; it comes with a couch, chest of drawers a queen size bed and a huge walking wardrobe with mirror.
The location is superb, with the best possible connection links to the rest of the city: there are plenty of buses and night buses, and both Clapham and Brixton tube station are just 5 minutes bus ride away. Free car park is available too.
All amenities including supermarkets are all nearby.
You will be sharing with two girls 31 and 40, both working full time; they are quiet , friendly and clean so the ideal flatmate will be quiet, respectful, clean and considerate.
