I am subletting my double room, available for short term. But can be flexible with the dates. Great for people who need a temporary place to stay. Will have another room available in a month, so there is a possibility to stay longer.

The rent is £200 per week with the bills. The deposit is a weeks rent.

ABOUT THE HOUSE
It is a Victorian house with 4 bedrooms over 4 floors. We have a huge kitchen with a huge fridge, 5 hob gas cooker, and dishwasher and a sofa that we also use as the living room where everyone is chilling after work. There is a big bathroom with 2 sinks, a beautiful bathtub and also a waterfall shower. There is an additional toilet on the ground floor as well. And we have a beautiful garden in which we are in love. There is also a laundry room downstairs with a washer.

ABOUT THE ROOM
The room is located on the top floor, very spacious (around 20 sqm) with a faux fireplace, a double bed, an open wardrobe, desk and chair, and an armchair.

ABOUT THE LOCATION
The location is the best, only seconds away from the canal perfect for the morning walks. 3 minutes from the Broadway market with the best food and shops. London Fields and Victoria Park is a few minutes away.

ABOUT THE TRANSPORTATION
There is a bus stop in front of our door, which can take you to pretty much anywhere in East and Central London. It’s only a few minutes away from Cambridge Heath Overground Station. 10 minute walk from Bethnal Green overground and underground station (Central Line!) You can also take a bus and you’ll find yourself in Bethnal Green in two minutes.
