Hi there. I’m Chris. I’m not the nice one, Frank is the nice one. We have two wonderful ladies moving out and we would like to recomplete our nice, gender-balanced, queer-friendly, non-racist, quiet hangout in fashionable Haggerston.

We have a lush garden, not massive but with lovely decking, a tree, a green roof. The birds love coming and socialising near our bird feeder. We have frogs in our pond.

I run the property and I live in the house too. I've been there for 5/6 years and I've had every type of person living there over the years, but I'm pretty sure I would prefer a beer and chat type rather than a drum'n'bass and pills type. Sorry.

Room is nice and light, bed and mattress in good order. Wooden floors. Large spacious lounge and lovely refurbed open kitchen. Plenty of storage. A loft to put your stuff in. A piano is there too.

Easy walk to haggerston, and to london fields tube. London fields itself is only a minute away and Broadway Market is our local hangout.

Council tax and internet is included. Bills are £50 p/m and includes everything else.

Please. Just be reasonably able to keep the kitchen tidy. Just... that's all I want! Friendly house. Often very quiet. Why not check it out.

We have board games, espresso machine, and I make fresh sourdough most weeks.
