Generously sized double room in lovely three-bedroom flat with two female professionals, 30 seconds away from Broadway Market. We are looking for a professional female flatmate aged 24-32 (although if you are older/younger and think you fit the bill, get in touch anyway)! - We have furnished the living room with sofa and armchairs, TV, fold-out dining table, coffee tables and chairs.

*About your new flatmates*
- Becky is 29 and is a History teacher from Leeds. She is a keen runner and a serial plant-killer. She is an expert in the food stalls on Broadway Market, Park Run tourism and local social netball leagues.
- Aurora is 25 and works in fundraising for a charity. She likes plants, charity shops, her kindle, a good Netflix binge, and is an avid user of Timeout so is always looking for new things to see/do/explore in London. She is generally up for having a good time with good food and good (ish) wine.

Boring bit: We are hard-working professionals and like to relax at home. We work during the week so are quite low-key Monday to Friday
Less boring bit: We like hanging out, eating together and like to be friends as well as housemates. Friends in the flat are always welcome.

- Bus: 5min walk to routes 26, 48, 55, 106, 236, 254, 388, 394, D6, N26, N55 and N253. About 45min journey from London Bridge, Blackfriars, Oxford Street and Waterloo.
- Local amenities: doctor, supermarkets, post office, chemist, various gyms, a heated 50m lido, great coffee and food. The market on a Saturday is brilliant.
-Nearby: Broadway Market (30 sec walk), London Fields Park (2 min walk), Victoria Park (10 min walk), Columbia Road flower market and Victoria Park food market (Sundays), V&A Museum of Childhood, loads of lovely pubs and a huge variety of great places to eat. Close to Westfield Stratford and perfect for working in central London.
