Hey everyone!

Our lovely housemate Susan is moving out of the area and so we are looking for a new housemate to replace her.

Located between London Fields and Haggerston Park, the house is located 2 min walk from Broadway Market, 15 mins to Victoria Park, 15 mins to Dalston, and 7 min walk from Haggerston station. Food and entertainment-wise we are within 10 mins walk from Co-Op and Sainsburys local on Hackney Rd, 15 mins walk from Lidl on Well Street, and there are also several independent shops as well as tons of coffee shops, bars, pubs and restaurants all along Broadway market and beyond.

The house is has a common living room / kitchen and lovely garden (key in summer for BBQs and soaking up the sun!). The room itself is the biggest in the house, is located on the first floor making it extra private, and is complete with it's own small bathroom (toilet and sink). The room and house are fully furnished. We even have a spare 4th bedroom upstairs with the other bedrooms, ultra-handy for when friends and family come to visit, and equally handy for drying clothes and storing extra bits out of sight.

In the house we have the lovely Servi, a graphic designer originally from France who is currently back in Paris for a few weeks, and myself - I'm originally from Canada and work in digital marketing. We get along really well and are an extremely easy-going household.

Deposit is £980 and rent also £757/month plus bills (approx. £100 depending on the month). Rent is payable to our (actually) super-friendly landladies - no agency fees or involvement (!!). I honestly think the room is a steal for it's size in this area.

Move-in date is flexible as Susan can move into her new place as early as 6th July, but it can be as late as the 21st, depending. Please feel free to message me with any questions you may have, or if you would like to set up a viewing!
