Bright double room in Victorian house London Field

Heya,

One room in our lovely flat share in a bright Victorian house in London Fields is available asap. The room is a big double room with lots of sunlight (when the sun is out), a double bed and built in wardrobe and shelves.

Location: 2min walking distance to the vibrant Broadway Market (with lots of bars, restaurants and shops) and London Fields Park (Lido) and within minutes from Victoria Park and the canal. Bus stop is 30s walking distance from the house and the buses will take you to Shoreditch, Liverpool Street and Old street within 15min and to London Bridge within 30min. Bethnal Green underground (central line) is only 10min walking distance and there's two overground stations only 5min away so over all a great location.

You will be sharing with a total of 5 girls (early/mid 20s). We are all friends and would like to find someone who would also like to make this house a home. We are an easy going, clean, LGBTQ friendly household, who enjoy hanging out from time to time - having a chat in the kitchen over dinner or a drink, and occasionally having a bbq in the garden when the sun decides to show up. There is a nice balance of this and everyone respecting people’s privacy and down time. We have a cute back garden, a big kitchen/living room area and 2 bathrooms (1 with bath tub). There's also a dish washer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Rent is £775 plus bills which come to max £60, depending on the season etc. Deposit is 1 month’s rent (no agency fees) and the landlord is very easy going.
