Double Room in Flat on Broadway Market

Hey,

I'm leaving London and therefore sadly leaving this great flat above Broadway Market, London Fields. So there is one double bedroom available from the 21st May.

We were the first people to move into this new top floor flat in 2021, so everything is great quality and feels clean and airy. It has a nice size kitchen, a large balcony, two bathrooms (although one is used for storage), and a hallway.

You will be living with James (26), he's from Newcastle, works for the Civil Service and Dilara (28) is from Germany, she is working/ studying within sustainability. They are both sociable, enjoy casual drinks and generally it's just a nice atmosphere.

When we moved in around 1.5 years ago, the place was unfurnished; everything has been bought new. As part of the room, all of the furniture was purchased at Habitat in November 2021 is to be included, this includes table, clothes rack, chair, bedframe, perfect condition mattress (mattress protector has been used), also part owning kitchen and balcony table and chairs etc. This will be an additional £350 before signing the contract.

Note that a cleaner will come twice a month which is approx. £25 each per month.

It’s in a really great area with Broadway Market literally downstairs from the flat. Also London Fields is about 5 minutes walk away along with Regents Canal in the opposite direction. If you’re interested, please get in touch and I will set you up with the two flatmates for a quick videocall.
