London Fields room to rent

Hi there,

I am looking for someone to rent a room for 3 months from May. Shorter is fine and might be able to extend to 6 months or longer.

The room is a decent-sized double room overlooking London Fields with built in storage. The house is a spacious victorian house with a garden, two lounges that look onto the park, and is very close to Broadway market. 1 bathroom with freestanding bath shared between 3 people, plus additional downstairs loo.

You'd be sharing with me (Brit) and my lovely housemate (Japanese) we are both chilled in our 30s. We're looking for a girl who likes a clean space. Sorry no house parties (but you're welcome to have friends over for dinner, movies etc) and ideally no homeworking during typical work hours (9 to 5). Ideally you'd be someone who is required to go to your place of work most days.

Things we are into: pilates/ yoga, art, theatre, vintage markets, ceramics, films.

The room is single occupancy but you could have a partner to stay 2 nights per week. (We all follow this so that it's comfortable for everyone.)

I would also consider Monday to Friday let, for a reduced price. I also wouldn't mind if you were visiting the UK as a tourist as long as you weren't working from the house during the daytime.

All bills are included, this is based on a max of 5 hours heating per day.
