Hi! We’re Iona (moving out!) Grace and Rowan here! Your potential future housemates 👋🏽

A little bit about us…

Rowan is an artist, and works 9-5 in the art world in an office in Islington. She loves dancing, cooking, and to have a good laugh (mostly at herself!)

Grace works in fashion at a studio in Shoreditch (also 9-5) and in her spare time likes to read, spend too much money on food, drink coffee and watch any and all new tv series.

The flat - best spot in east London right on Broadway market. Very cosy in the winter and beautiful and bright in the summer. The room is in the back of the flat so super quiet at night! (It IS quite cosy but you can definitely make the most of the space) it comes furnished with a double bed, mattress, dresser (or desk if you need to WFH) and a wardrobe.

We keep things pretty chill Monday-Friday, sometimes cooking a meal together and watching a show or film. Weekends we’re in and out and will often have dinner parties with friends which is always welcome as long as we give each other a heads up. It’s just definitely not a party house.

We’re both very clean and tidy, and we have a cleaner each fortnight (yay!) ✨

Monthly rent: £830
Deposit: £962
Gas/Electric: fluctuates depending on time of year but between £30-£70 per month
Water: £14 per month
Wifi: £10 per month
Cleaner: (every other week): £26 per month
