Hello <3 We are looking for a like minded, easy going flat mate. We live about 4 min walk from Haggerston overground station. We’re a 10 min walk from Broadway market, if you’re new to London there is amazing food and crafts here on a sat and sun! We are a 5 min walk from kingsland road where you are spoiled for choice with nice wine bars, cocktail and food options! Our flat is on the 8th floor and we have a pretty special roof terrace overlooking the skyline of London. This area is great for social gatherings as it’s huge, the indoors of our apartment is comfortable for smaller groups. We have a gas bbq, 6 person outdoor table, outdoor couch and coffee table, we even have a heater not that we need it now. Ryan my boyfriend has an ice bath and weights which he is more than happy to share, however I mostly tan as much as I can on the roof and sip cocktails lol. We are both good cooks and very happy to include a third person in our meals, we have been living with an Italian friend and this worked really nicely with us all, that said we’re super happy if you prefer to do your own thing and enjoy your downtime to yourself. Myself and Ryan spend 2 weekday evenings out of the house, we’re on a dodgeball team and we have dinner at my sisters once a week. Apart from that we probably go out one evening on the weekend. Most of our friends are in the lgbt community and we usually hang out in lgbt bars/clubs. The apartment is lovely, bright and modern. We have a long couch in the sitting room along with a soft chair, a 4 person dining table and a nicely set up tv. extra amenities apart from standard kitchen set up, we have a dishwasher, air fryer, slow cooker, nutribullet, mocha pot, french press, spice grinder and electric mixer. We have an ensuit but we use the main bathroom for showers as we bought a water softener (amazing for your hair and skin!). We have a washing machine, clothes horse and we also fashion a clothes line outside for quicker drying. Please DM me if we sound like you’re cup of tea x
