Small Double / Canalside Bway Market

*about the flat*
it’s a split level flat in one of the estates on the canal by broadway market. the flat is on the 1st floor and the room is on the bottom level. there’s an open plan kitchen and shared living room, a shower and a separate toilet room.

*about the room*
it’s a small double which can come half furnished (there’s a bunk/loft double bed which can come with the room or be removed + set of drawers + desk under the bed) ~ please check the photos. it had direct access to the balcony which is sometimes shared communally. it’s quite small so wouldn’t suit someone who has loads of stuff..

*about the flatmates*
you’d be living with rosalita (gallery assistant, 28), jakob (designer, 27) and allegra (art director, 32). allegra is the newest addition to the flat and she’s moving in around the same time as you and jakob and i have been living in the flat since 2022. it’s a dear place to our heart!
we’re friendly and all have our own things going on, but down to share dinners+pints and hang out as a flat.
