Hi, we have a double bedroom close to Broadway Market to rent from July in a 3beds modern flat. The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished and the rent will be £800 per month excluding bills. The bills vary every month from £50 to £100. The flat is part of a 15yo building, it's very modern with big double-glass windows from the ceiling to the floor and wooden floor. Refurbished 6 years ago. It includes washing machine and dishwasher.

Broadway Market, one of the most coolest areas in London is just behind the corner where on Saturday morning takes place a vibrant market. The flat is at walking distance to Shoreditch and 10mins cycling to the City.

Cristiano - chef - and Nina - hairdresser manager - are the other two flatmates. Both easy going and tidy.

We are looking for a professional with its own busy life but who likes to socialise with us as well living the house as a home! Someone who likes to keep the flat clean is required! No couples.
