Cosy Double Bedroom in Brockley

I'm leaving my cosy room in Brockley and looking for someone to take over my lease which runs until the end of August, with the possibility of renewing after this. The move-in date is flexible but April 6 would be ideal.

This is a 3-bedroom flat with 1 shared bathroom, living room, large balcony, washing machine and tumble dryer. You would be sharing with 2 other lovely girls, professionals in their mid-20’s. The house is on a quiet residential street in Brockley, but conveniently located:
- 5-min walk to 21, 136, 321, 436 Bus stop / Tesco Express,
- 8-min walk to Brockley Station / Sainsbury local / restaurants & coffee shops,
- 10-min walk to St. Johns Station / Brockley Sunday Market/ Lewisham College,
- 12-min walk to Goldsmiths College.

The room is a medium-sized double, furnished with bed, night stand, chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe. There is space for bringing in some furniture too.

Rent is £642 and bills are not included, but amount to approximately £50 per month, and the deposit is £889.

Preferably looking for a female housemate, also professional, who is sociable, clean and respectful, always down for a chat and hanging out but who also does her own thing.
