We’ve got a double available from the 19th December in our 3 bedroom flat in Brockley, South East London. The room comes with a double bed, triple wardrobe and has lots of additional storage cupboards outside the room too.

The flat itself has been recently renovated and so has a gorgeous new kitchen including new boiler, so instant hot showers, new bathroom (with separate toilet) and new carpets throughout. The living room is incredibly large, with room to spare even with 2 x three seater sofas, exceptionally large TV and a dining table! Oh and we have Netflix, Sky Movies and fibre broadband too… luxury!

For transport you can walk to either Brockley or Crofton Park Over ground Stations in 10 minutes, from here you can get to:

London Bridge in 10 minutes
Shoreditch in 17 minutes
Victoria in 22 minutes
Blackfriars in 20 minutes
Canary Wharf in 10 minutes

You will be living with Lucie and Darren, live in landlords and Helen who we found via Spareroom earlier this year. We are all easy going professionals who enjoy the standard socialising with friends and chilled nights in; we are not huge party people, but enjoy the odd big night. We all like to travel and explore regularly, but tend to chill at home during the week.

We are looking for a like-minded individual, considerate, clean, who wants to make the place their home.

The rent is £600 a month including bills and the deposit is a month’s rent. Referencing is just £29, so no ridiculous estate agent charges!
