2-6 months let in Gorg flat zone 2 - no deposit

Beautiful beautiful creative space on a tree lined street and adjacent to the most amazing park ( hilly fields ) . Very quiet and very calm. Zone 2 desired location with multiple transport links and lots of doorstep amenities, including great wine bars / restaurants and a beautiful farmers market every Saturday at the end of the road for brunch heaven. I’m an Actor currently in The West end .

Tripe height ceilings - Victorian South facing flat , wooden floor boards and 120 ft garden .

The room is quite small but still plenty of space for the brand new double bed that’s in there as well as a G plan wardrobe . No furniture required at all

There is a photography studio in the flat that I occasionally use , but this would always be worked around free time when you’re in work etc

I’m not a party loving person so I’d be looking for someone pretty chilled also - that’s not to say I don’t enjoy a fine bottle of red 🍷 Vegan/Vegetarians preferred, but not a deal breaker.

Transport - Zone 2 and perfectly located to use Brockley | Ladywell or St Johns Station . I work in Covent Garden and I’m door to door in 35-40 minutes ( even on a cycle )
