Large couple-friendly double in beautiful house

My housemate and I are looking for a couple or single to move in with us and share this lovely home in Brockley.

You’d be living in a bright top-floor extension of a newly renovated terraced house on a quiet street. It has its own en-suite with shower so it's a bit like having your own self-contained flat. It comes with plenty of storage space and is furnished with a large bed, built-in wardrobes, and desk.

The ground floor has two living rooms, utility room with spare toilet and washing machine, and modern kitchen with dishwasher, gas cooker, and oven. First floor has the other two bedrooms and a large bathroom. We have a great south-facing garden area perfect for dining al fresco in the summer.

The house is on a quiet road with a couple of small shops on the corner, and two minutes from the station with Overground and National Rail services. Also walking distance or short bus ride to Nunhead, Peckham, and New Cross - plus Telegraph Hill with amazing views of the city. On-street parking is free.

Jen and I are early 30s and have known each other for years. Jen is fairly new to London and works as a teacher, I work in film production. We like pubs, plants, karaoke, skateboarding (badly), and dancing.

We love living in this house - it's beautiful, easy to keep, and really homely - a rare gem in London. We’re looking for friendly, easygoing people who want to make this their home for the long-term.

The room is £920 per month, on top of that we share cost of bills, household essentials, and a cleaner. This comes to around £105 per person (based on four sharing). The contract is with landlady directly.
