Set across 3 floors with a separate kitchen, living room, patio with firepit (through full-length patio doors from the living room) and two bedrooms each with an en-suite.
The house has beautiful wood floors with underfloor heating, which keeps it nice and cosy throughout winter.
With lots of glass in the kitchen and living room, the place is bright and airy.
If you love a shower or bath there’s a strong water pressure and warm water at all times.
A dishwasher makes keeping the place tidy easy too and we have a new combination washing machine/drier.

Neighborhood
Brilliantly located within Brockley, you’re less than 10 mins walk from Hilly Fields Park. Within 5 mins you’re at the tube/train station, Brockley Brewery (where they have walk-in tasting sessions) The Gantry/Parlez/Orchard/Brickfie lds/Broca, etc (lovely selection of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars), as well as a great Sainsbury’s/Co-Op.
On the weekends you have Brockley farmers market nearby.

The neighbors are quiet and the street is friendly and safe with neighbors looking out for each other.

Lovely tall ceilings and exposed brickwork give this room plenty of character and a feeling of space.
The room also has an en-suite bath/shower and toilet. This is separated by sliding doors that can be kept open or closed allowing you the amazing option of having a bath in your room!
The window looks out onto the patio with plenty of sun in the morning.
Electric blinds are nice to have and the room has a large clothes cupboard too.
Bill - circa £130 for all bills including, council, water, electricity, broadband, etc.

Roommate (me)
Love food, cooking, hosting friends, walks, etc. Very clean and tidy. Working on my startups at moment. Love travel (normally!) and meeting new people.
