Lovely, large room for rent in Brockley

Large room in beautiful garden flat available. The room is situated in the back of the property so is very quiet, and has a door that leads straight into the garden. The flats come fully furnished, and was newly renovated only a couple of years ago.

I am sadly moving out of London and am looking for someone to take over my my remaining tenancy, which runs until August 28. This would most likely suit a young professional, though students are also welcome to have a look. You would be sharing with a really friendly and laid back young professional who usually works nights. If it makes any difference to anyone, she is a vegetarian :)

The flat is located between Brockley and St. John's station, which both have excellent transport links to the city. Council tax and all bills amount to an additional £120 per month.
