Lovely cosy double room available in a garden flat 8 mins walk from Brockley Overground station.

The flat itself has a decent sized living room, great kitchen and large back garden that will be lovely to sit in once it gets a bit warmer. The room is a really good size and can happily fit a desk and other bits of furniture. Comes furnished with bed, wardrobe and some hidden storage.

You’d be living with two wonderful people (1 man, 1 woman) who both work in the arts from home for the time being.

The area is gorgeous, we’re super close to Hilly Fields for walks and Peckham Rye is about 25 mins away. There are great local supermarkets (Sainsburys and Cost Cutter) and EXCELLENT coffee up the road from Browns of Brockley.

The room is available immediately once the usual rent check has been done with the landlord and the lease runs til next September with the possibility of renewal.

Rent is £600 + bills (around £80/£90 a month)
Deposit is required on move in as I’ll be leaving the lease
