Room in Brockley with garden & summer house

Hi everyone

We have a furnished double room in a large house, 5 minutes from Brockley and Crofton Park stations. The house has a garden, a massive living room (which is available all the time with a big desk for working from home if needed), a drive, a beautiful outdoor seating area covered vy a grape vine and a summer house which we also use as a music studio.

It is available immediately. Our lease technically ends in September, so there is no obligation to stay longer, but the landlord has shared an intention to renew and continue letting - so there's some flexibility.

The location, garden and summer house really make this place special.

It's a 3 bedroom friendly houseshare (both laid back professionals who enjoy making music and cooking). We've lived here for about a year and a half and absolutely love it - couldn't have chosen a better place to be when having to spend so much time here! The third room has been empty for the last few months through lockdown but is now available.

Bills are just over a hundred including council tax, water, gas, electricity, and broadband).
