I’m sadly leaving my lovely victorian house share in Brockley so i’m looking for someone to take my place in the house.

The room on offer is very cute and cosy, it comes with a double bed and it’s own study which is perfect for WFH.

The house is very spacious with a large kitchen which backs on to our pretty garden.

There’s a spacious sunny front room with a shared TV for all of your Netflix needs & super fast Wifi throughout the house.

Each floor has a bathroom, 3 in total and a wet room so there are never any queue’s.

The rent includes all bills and petty cash for cleaning products/house bits, we do a fortnightly deep clean of the whole house and all help out.

The house is in a great location with equal distance between Brockley -New Cross Gate & Nunhead station and a 5 min walk to Telegraph Hill!
20-30 mins walks to Peckham and Dulwich.

The current housemates are made up of professionals who are mutual friends and would love to welcome someone who is like minded, preferable female/non binary to keep the balance. We respect each others independence but will also be up for watching a movie together or having dinner & wine on the weekends.
