I'm looking for a suitable couple to rent my newly decorated home, as I'm going to move out to to live with my partner in his house about 10 mins away.

Transportation is superb: 5 mins to St John's station (8 mins to London Bridge / 12 mins Cannon street) or 10 mins to Lewisham (14 mins to Canary Wharf). Other amenities in Brockley, Ladywell, Crofton Park and Deptford are within 15 mins walk.

There are 2 bedrooms in the flat, the master bedroom is a loft conversion, it's very very spacious with great storage. The windows are east facing, which means you will get the morning sun, and the evening cool. It's furnished with solid wood bed, dressing table, night stand, chest of drawers, wardrobe, and another walk in wardrobe / storage.

Downstairs, the living room and open plan kitchen are brand new with all German appliances. Bathroom is not big, but new and clean. Hallway is also newly painted with great views to the back gardens. The flat doesn't come with a garden, but my indoor plants are thriving with so much natural lights, or you can simply walk down the street, you will have the park!

There is a special deal in this offer - the market rate for the whole flat is £1500 - £1600 per month, you can check on Rightmove, I'm offering it at a discounted price, since I would like to keep the spare room for my use on some Thursday/Friday within office hours for recording. But I wouldn't be living there, therefore you will have the flat to yourselves, if you have family or friends staying over, I'd be happy to offer the spare room for such use.

Bills and council tax would be about £320 per month, i can contribute 30% of it. So in total you will be paying £1400 per month.
