We're looking for a housemate to fill a double room in our beautiful victorian townhouse. Minutes away from Brockley station.
The room comes unfurnished and is available to move in 1st/2nd Feb. Deposit must be paid by the 24th January.
Viewings can be done via video call or wait to do in person after the Christmas break from 1st January.
Located on the middle floor of the house, the available room is a double that comes with its own sink, original wood flooring and large sash window looking out onto the back garden. It has amazing light.
The rest of the house includes 2 bathrooms, open plan dining room, kitchen and lounge area that leads to a garden with a summer house at the end.
Would suit someone ages 26-35 who is sociable but appreciates private time, creative and relaxed.
You'll be sharing with 3 women, ages 26-29, all working full time within the creative industries.
Rend is £650 per month.
