I am letting out my beautiful, fully-furnished 1-bed Victorian flat from 16 February 2026 for up to 12 months (with some flexibility), in Brockley, South East London.

You will have the entire flat for yourself.

The flat is very spacious, with a large living room, a large double bedroom, a fully-equipped kitchen diner and bathroom. Plenty of space for home working, including fast broadband and a desk with a monitor.

Brockley is a very quiet but convenient neighbourhood in Zone 2 in South East London. 5 minutes walk to Brockley Overground station so getting to the tube/central london/the City is really easy. There are also frequent trains which take 13 minutes to London Bridge.

Rent is £1800 per month including broadband, but excluding council tax (band C) and bills (water, electricity and gas, EPC energy rating E).

Deposit of £900. All my furniture and appliances will stay - including a coffee machine! I would be very grateful if you could help water the plants once in a while :)

Professional or student welcome, but non-smokers only.
