The double room is on the first floor right next to one of the shower rooms. Really modern furniture. There is a shared kitchen living room with doors to the garden.
This is all inclusive price, High speed wifi, heating, council tax, TV licence, gas, electric, water weekly cleaner of shared spaces and monthly gardener - will consider a male or female, our last house mate was female.
There's a way of using the no deposit option but you do need to pass credit checks of an income 2.3 times the rent.
