Two rooms available in stunning huge house SE4

Hey everyone. We have two rooms going in our huge and lovely three bed / three storey house with conservatory in Brockley with a beautiful and huge garden ft lots of birds and wildlife. Previous housemates are a couple and want their own place / to move back east which is why we have two available at the same time.

Location: Brockley (SE4)
Rent: £867ish per month (deposit is around £1000)
Bills: ~£130 per month less in summer
Move in date: End of May

The rooms are very large, recently painted and there is a shared bathroom on that floor for those rooms (Kalina the third housemate has her own bathroom on the third floor). They come partly furnished (one of the rooms can come with a double bed, and the other a single if you need one) but can also come without beds if you want to bring your own. One of the rooms has a huge 5 door wardrobe, the other has a cupboard and shelving.

There’s plenty of storage in the house with various cupboards and a shared loft space on the top floor with other housemates.

Kalina’s bio:

A Iittle about me, i am 33 yo south London born and bred. I work for a film studio, wfh and in the office. When I’m not working I’m either out of the house socialising with friends, doing yoga, cycling and when I’m in, I do enjoy my own quiet time, watching tv and films and cooking. Whilst I enjoy my own time at home I’m also looking for people I can get along with, have a chat, share a meal., sit in the garden (finally now summer is on its way). There is currently a beautiful cat in the house who will be moving out, I don’t think I’m ready for my own cat, so a new cat is very welcomed.
A quiet clean home is very important to me, this house has been looked after and is so lovely so the upkeep is super important. I’m looking for people of similar age to me, someone friendly, clean, with similar interests and respectful of shared spaces. People who are looking to stay a while and make this house a communal home.

Couples are welcome if they take one bedroom each rather than share as we’d like to keep the house to 3 people.

Access: there is 1 flight of stairs to reach the bedroom and bathroom, there is no lift.

The house is 8 min walk from Brockley Station and 10 min walk from Crofton Park Station. It is a 5 min walk from Hilly Fields park and Brockley and Ladywell cemetery, and a 20 min walk from Peckham Rye Park & Common. There is free on street parking. Council band D.
