Myself and my flatmate Georgie are looking for someone to fill the third bedroom in our Brockley house. The room is the perfect self-contained space, with an en-suite bathroom and a sunny balcony, plus plenty of space to work from home. You would then be sharing a kitchen, living room, and a small back yard. The house is LGBT+ friendly but sadly no pets.

Brockley is a lovely neighbourhood, full of pubs and cafes, plus plenty of green space (Hilly Fields and Telegraph Hill.) The house is a 10 minute walk from Brockley Overground Station and Crofton Park rail station.

Georgie and I are both women in our mid-twenties. I work a 9-5, usually from home two days a week. Georgie is a freelancer, so her hours are more flexible. We have separate social lives, but enjoy a catch up in the kitchen or watching some telly. We occasionally host our friends and partners. We’re looking for friendly housemates who are around a similar age.
