Lovely Double Room in Friendly Brockley Houseshare

We're a household of three professionals Polly (she/her), Martina (she/her) and Kate (they/them) in our thirties looking for a fourth flatmate to move into our house share in Brockley (Zone 2) from the 19th of May. Polly and Kate work in the charity sector and Martina runs her own business.

The double room (approximately 6 x 4m) is on the top floor with views over the rear garden and a skylight. You will have your own private en suite with shower (approximately 2 x 0,8m). The room is furnished, with a bed, chest of drawers and clothes rail. There is also a desk you can borrow. Move-in is on the 19th May and ideally looking for 6-12 months+ let. Bills average at c£110 p/m pp all in, but are higher in winter than in summer. Our council tax band is D.

It’s a spacious 4-storey Victorian terraced house, and we deal directly with our landlord.

The large open-plan Kitchen/Living Space has a dishwasher and a huge American-style fridge freezer. A separate utility area has a washing machine and tumble drier, a secure bike lock rack and free street parking.

If you don't know Brockley:
The area is an absolute gem! We're a 3-minute walk from Brockley Station (Overground & National Rail) - just 10 mins to London Bridge. There's a cool vibe with some awesome local parks - Hilly Fields, Telegraph Hill and others - as well nice bars, pubs and independent restaurants.

We love it here and we’re looking for a similarly relaxed housemate who'll help to take care of the place, be considerate, tidy and enjoy hanging out in the kitchen, but we’re also very independent, do our own thing and respect each other’s privacy. We are not a party house.
