Sunny double room in Brockley/Crofton Park

The room

Hi! We're looking for a new flatmate for our cute and spacious 3 bed in Brockley/Crofton Park. The room is a double with large wardrobes. and big double glazed windows. The flat is split on 3 levels, and this bedroom is in its own floor with the bathroom, giving you a lot of privacy. The room comes with a double bed and a desk.

We are two 32 year old friendly and chill professionals working in tv/film and a humanitarian organisation, Anna from Finland and Hattie from the UK. We've been friends for a long time and like to hang out in the living room watching anything from Real Housewives to Adam Curtis. We like to keep the house tidy and clean and would expect you to take part in that. There is a dishwasher though!

The flat is on a super cute road with 10 mins to Brockley overground, 5 mins to Crofton Park Thameslink, and 2 mins to 171, 172 and 122 bus stop. There's also another bus stop about 10 mins away with buses to Peckham. Hilly Fields park is 5 min walk away, and there's multiple shops and restaurants super near.

We've lived here for two years with no issues, landlord is fine and the neighbours are really nice.

This contract is for 1 year, with the possibility to extend.
