Spacious Double Room in Friendly Brockley Flat

I am looking for another chatty but chilled working professional to share my two-bed flat with me. I've got a bright double room available, right in the heart of Brockley. The house has a large living area and modern kitchen, making it perfect for cooking, chilling, or hosting friends.

The room itself is huge, with nice bright windows and loads of space to work from home or just relax. While it won't come with a bed, you'll have the option to keep the previous tenant's desk and chest of drawers if you'd like.

It's also a lovely place to work from home with decent internet connection. If you go to the office frequently, the flat is well connected (across the street from Crofton Park Thameslink and a 10 min walk from Brockley Overground).

You will be sharing with Jules (24, American). I work at TfL (meaning you'll get an Oyster card too) and in my spare time love going to gigs and walking around London. I am nonbinary so any potential flatmates need to be trans friendly!

As the letting agency will only accept those in full time employment, this property is unfortunately not suitable to students.
