Looking for a like-minded person to join me in my lovely, recently renovated home in the heart of Brockley.

The house has a light, open-plan living/kitchen/dining space - perfect for cooking, relaxing, or having friends over. There’s a bath and shower room upstairs, plus a separate toilet downstairs, washing machine & tumble dryer, and a dishwasher.

We’ve got a private garden with a table, chairs, and Ooni pizza oven - ideal for sunny weekends or cosy evenings outside.

I’m 30 and work as a creative freelance, often from home. I love cooking nice dinners, movie nights, and hosting the occasional night with friends. I’m into fitness (gym, running and yoga). I like to keep the house clean & tidy, relaxed, and friendly, and I’m looking for someone of a similar age and mindset, someone who’s independent but also up for hanging out sometimes.

Available from mid July for 6 months (potentially longer).

Room will be tidied and clutter removed. Left in the room will be a double bed (with lots of underbed storage), lampshade and rug. Other storage will have to be sourced by tenant.
