The house is a 3-bed situated on a popular sort after street in Ladywell, Brockley. The house has recently been refurbished throughout, making the place clean, modern and bright.

The shared living room is big and takes in the sun throughout the day. It has a fully functioning gas fireplace, somewhere where ‘HRH’ the Lady cat loves to curl up and snooze.

The house is situated 5mins from a ‘Ladywell village’ a small high street with independent shops, cafes and restaurants. There is also a Sainsbury’s Local and a great friendly pub where all the locals like to hang out and you can get good food, hear live music and join in with the popular weekly pub quiz!

There are lots of green spaces within 5-10mins walk from the house – Hilly Fields, Ladywell Park, Lewisham Park and Blythe Hill Park.

Pure Gym and NRG Gym are available in Lewisham (20mins walk/5mins by bus)
