Urgent Feb Sublet (Extension Possible) Brockley

—I am open to negotiate the period, the rent, and the deposit!—

cozy room in Brockley available to rent for a short term from NOW until end of February – with possibility for extension if interested (subject to reference checks by Acorn Group, commissioned by landlady). I have moved out already, but my housemate stays until end of February, you would be living with Molly.

Location: Tressillian Road, Brockley – quiet residential area, close to stations St. Johns and Brockley

Rent for the whole period: 875 GBP + bills (92 GBP for Wifi and Council Tax, Band B, + roughly 60 for water, depending on usage)

Deposit: 800 GBP

Please note: first photo shows the room as it was before I moved in. 2nd and 3rd photos show it now with the bed (mattress can be organised). Apart from bed and cloakroom rails, room is empty now.
