Double room 3m from Brockley station

Hello I'm Oskar, my partner (Ellaouise) and I live in this lovely house in a quiet (no through road!) about 3m walk from the station.

Our flatmate is moving out early march and we're looking for someone to take his room :) It can be a short let (3-6 months) or if we decide to move out in September (most likely) you can carry on living there and find someone to take our room :).

The house is very nice, we'd share the living room, kitchen, bathroom and garden and the room would be furnished for you with bed, storage etc.

I'm out most days as I'm either on long shifts at the hospital or in class and my partner is also out until late in the evening working. We also tend to be away a couple of nights a week, so you'd get plenty of time to have the place to yourself!

In terms of the rent typically with bills its anywhere between 1100-1150 a month, however the 950 would cover everything for you. The discount is to account for the shorter let :)
