I’m looking for a new flatmate for our lovely, airy 3 bed flat in Brockley/Crofton Park.

The room is a spacious double with loads of storage space, large wardrobes and big double glazed windows letting in plenty of natural light. The flat is split on 3 levels, and this bedroom is in its own floor, alongside the bathroom, giving you a lot of privacy. The room comes with a king size bed, desk and office chair.

The flat is a lovely period property, with a large kitchen and even bigger living room/diner. It’s located on a super cute, quiet road with ample free parking. You’ll be living with two friendly and welcoming female professionals in their mid-thirties.

Brockley is a lovely, leafy relaxed SE London neighbourhood with loads going for it. The flat is a 5-minute walk to both Brockley and Crofton Park highstreets, full of cute shops, great pubs, wine and cocktail bars and some cracking restaurants. Theres’s amble green space with Hilly Fields, Telegraph Hill and Blyth Hill parks all within easy reach, each with stunning views of the city. Its also very well connected, situated in Zone 2, Crofton Park (Thameslink) and Brockley (Windrush Overground and Southern Easter) stations are within easy reach.

The room is available for two month from the beginning of March but the move in date can be flexible.
