We're looking for a new person to join us (Fizz, Angus, and Liv, all about to hit 30) in our lovely south-east London house share.

🏘 1 double room available in three-floor Brockley townhouse with spacious kitchen, large living room & garden!
🗓 Available from 1st March (flexible move-in date) until 1st August, with option to renew
💰 Rent is £710 per room, excluding bills (council tax band E)
🪴 Vibes: The house has been going for several years in various iterations and we like to make it a bit communal. We do some collective shopping & cooking, movie nights, and host the odd party. We try to put in effort to make it a home!
🎞 Things we’re into: pop culture, crafting, cinema, music, choir, political organising, queer/trans culture
🚉 The house is a 10min walk from Brockley station (Windrush overground, train), 5min from Crofton Park (trains)
🌳 We're brilliantly located by the lush green spaces Hilly Fields and Brockley & Ladywell Cemetery, with easy access to shops, cafés, bars and restaurants in Brockley and Crofton Park
