A bright double bedroom is available in our spacious four-bed, ground-floor flat in SE4. The flat has a large shared living room and kitchen, two showers, two toilets, and a bath, so there’s plenty of space and no morning queues. Residential area so no street noise.

You’ll be living with three other guys in our late 20s/early 30s. We all work in different professions and are fairly independent, but we’re sociable too and enjoy hanging out together. The atmosphere is relaxed, respectful, and easygoing.

The location is great for transport and local life:

• 5-minute walk to Crofton Park

• 10-minute walk to Brockley

• 20-minute walk to Nunhead

Great bars and cafes in the area - stones throw from Skehans and the Ivy House
