Room for student available near Goldsmiths

Hi! I’m looking for a new flatmate to take the second room in a 2-bedroom flat in Brockley, SE4 (Zone 2), available from the end of March / start of April.

I’m a Master’s student at Goldsmiths, University of London, and I live here with my very calm and friendly cat, so ideally I’m looking for someone who is comfortable with cats. I am a very open minded person, I study computational neuroscience and I am also interested in art and music.

The flat is in a quiet residential street just a 6-minute walk from Brockley station (Overground / Windrush line), with great connections to central London by train and bus. London Bridge is around 15 minutes away, and Goldsmiths is about 10 minutes by bus, or 25 min on foot.

The area is lovely and relaxed, with nice coffee shops, Hilly Fields nearby, and both Co-op and Sainsbury’s close to the flat.

One of the best things about the flat is how peaceful it is, the building is very quiet, you can barely hear the neighbours, and there isn’t much traffic on the street, so it’s a really good place to come home to, study with no disturbance and rest.
