One room is becoming available in a two bedroom flat from 30 March.
The flat is in Brockley, SE4, Zone 2, close to New Cross.
Hi, I’m Carla, a Master’s student at Goldsmiths studying Computational Neuroscience. I’m open-minded and easygoing, respectful of shared spaces, and I like to keep the flat clean and tidy. I’m also into art and music, and when I’m not studying, I enjoy staying active, going to the gym, and going for bike rides on sunny days.
My current flatmate is moving out because she is finishing her PhD and going back to her home country, so I’m looking for someone new to share the flat with!
The flat is on a quiet residential street, just a 6 minute walk from Brockley station, with great connections to central London by overground, train and bus. London Bridge is around 15 minutes away, and Goldsmiths is about 10 minutes by bus or 25 minutes on foot, so it’s perfect for a student.
The area is lovely and relaxed, with nice coffee shops, Hilly Fields nearby, and both Co-op and Sainsbury’s close to the flat.
The flat is peaceful and the building is very quiet. You can barely hear the neighbours, and there isn’t much traffic on the street, so it’s a really nice place to come home to.
If you’re interested or would like to arrange a viewing in the next few days, feel free to message me!
