Lovely room in 2 bed flat - Brockley

My flat mate is renting out his room in gorgeous Brockley from the 2nd of May (could be a little after if needed).

The rent is £835 a month + bills. I'm looking to arrange viewings. Message me to arrange - please share a little about yourself.

The flat
The flat is two bedrooms in total and is fully furnished. As you can see from the pictures the flat gets lots of natural light and it’s on the top floor of the building.

You'd be living with just me (Alex (he/him). I work in the theatre and so am out at work a lot, including some evenings and weekends. Hopefully you will find me very chilled, fun, respectful and up for flat dinners. This is a queer, LGBTQ+ friendly house. Must be trans inclusive. Everyone is welcome.

There is off street parking outside.

The kitchen
The kitchen is only a few years old, plywood finish, and has a washing machine and dishwasher, fridge and a good hob/ oven. It also has a little breakfast table and chairs.

The living room
Had both a sofa/ TV area, plus dining table area. We have a big TV with fire stick. There is also a balcony which gets lots of sun.

The bedroom
Comes with bed, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe - the bed also lifts up and has loads of storage underneath. It’s an Emma mattress and only a year or two old. There is also space for a desk, draws or a comfy chair.

The bathroom
Has been re-done in the last two years. The show is a rainfall shower, plus body shower, and has great pressure. There is a separate toilet!

The location
We are just north of Brockley station on Malpas Road. Brockley is great for cafes and parks. We are also not far away from New Cross/ Deptford which has more in terms bars, gyms, restaurants. And a short bus ride from Peckham. There is direct trains to London Bridge, Dalston, Canon street, and Kings Cross (from Deptford).
