Beautiful brockerly room

Hello! Looking to fill my room for someone to take over my contract from the 11th of may until 11th September. The room is £750 pcm with fixed bills at £38 pcm and a £900 deposit! You’d need to have a UK guarantor and pass reference checks. The landlord is wanting to renew the contract in September so you’d have the option for it to be long term.

It gets a lot of light and is nice and cozy! As I am moving back to Australia I’m looking to sell some of the furniture an leave behind a lot of my pots pans and pillows etc. If you are keen on buying some of the mirrors or chest of draws for the room let me know! It’s all super cheap.

The house itself is a really friendly homey vibe, we like to chat in the kitchen or go to the pub down the road. We are all in our mid twenties and looking for someone of similar age who’s also friendly and likes to keep things clean! We all rotate house duties evenly. The house has a nice little front yard as well!

It terms of location we are also able to get to central quite easily, with a direct train to London bridge and the overground at Brockley station! Otherwise 10 minute bus to new cross and goldsmiths.
