A large double bedroom in a house share with 3 other people. The house is peaceful and this is a very quiet and safe residential area.

The available room is a large double on the 2nd floor of the house. It has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, very large storage shelf and a double bed with a good-sized desk and chair. Very useful if you are a student or work from home a lot.

The two of you will share a kitchen which includes a microwave, fridge freezer, and washing machine. There is also Super-Fast Broadband and WIFI. There is no lounge, but the bedroom is quite large. The other tenant on your floor works nights and for the most part, you will be alone most evenings.

A cleaner visits once a month to do the communal areas and the kitchen (cost included in rent). SHE DOES NOT CLEAN THE BEDROOMS

Transport:
The nearest British Rail mainline station, Brockley, is a short 5-minute walk from the property and has frequent direct connections to London Bridge (10 minutes)
Cannon Street (15 minutes)
Waterloo (17 minutes)
Charing Cross (18 minutes).

Brockley also offers Overground trains which run direct services to Canada Water (10 minutes)
Canary Wharf ( 15 mins)
Stratford (20 minutes).

Busses also run into central London 24 hours a day. (171, N171, 172, 122, 343, N343, 484)

There is no designated parking spaces on the road and it is free. Unfortunately, we don't have anywhere to keep bikes and they can't be kept in the hallway.

There are bars independent shops, cafes, restaurant and supermarkets are 5 mins away as well as amenities. A very vibrant but peaceful area.
