We have a really lovely flat with a beautiful garden, a 5 min walk to Brockley station or 15 mins to Crofton Park.
We have a nice big living room and are nice and sociable! We've been here for two years and are looking for someone who appreciates the comforts of home.
We both have quite demanding jobs, and work long and odd hours so the flat is our haven. The only things we ask are that you are nice and tidy and not a party animal!
The £535 per month does not include bills but these usually come to about £50 a month, give or take a bit.
