The location is in Zone 2 (7 minutes to London Bridge by train). It is close to Goldsmith College, trendy bars and place. The property is less than 10 minutes walk to 4 stations (New Cross, New Cross Gate, Brockley and St Johns). It is ideal for access to the City, Canary Wharf and the West End through rail, DLR, overground and numerous bus routes. You can also drive. Luckily enough there is free off street parking.

We are happy to let to people (ideally 3 friends) who would take care of the house, respect other housemates and neighbours.
