Home situated in Conservation area, within walking distance of overground train stations, Hilly Fields Park, shops, cafe's, restaurants and bars, which offer outside service, social distancing to meet Covid-19 requirements.

10-15 minute walk to Brockley train station. Regular over ground trains to Canada Water and London Bridge for tubes into Central London. Also regular buses to Lewisham, Covent Garden and St Paul's.

Also within walking distance of St John's trains station with regular trains to London Bridge and London Cannon Street. The 172 bus also runs to the South Bank, Somerset House, Covent Garden and St Paul's and the 484 bus to Lewisham.

The Room is a good size, with original wooden flooring and two double wardrobes, lamps and chair. Bedding and towels can be provided and laundered weekly, if requested. The bedrooms are next to a bathroom which has a bath with overhead shower. There is always hot running water and heating set to person's requirements.
Original wooden floors throughout. Only slippers allowed in house.

I Expect person to be quiet, thoughtful and responsible for cleaning shared spaces , the kitchen and bathroom.

I work from home for part of the week.

The flat presents as a house with stairs to the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom with a downstairs living room and kitchen.
