Quiet double room, garden views - bills included

I have a lovely quiet double room available in my Victorian terrace house in central Brockley sharing with me (a professional) and a lovely cat.

A highlight of the property is the new bathroom and lush tropical garden with comfortable and stylish outdoor sofas and entertaining space. As the garden is mature and has large bananas, olive and apple tree, the garden is not overlooked. The room that is available looks out directly onto the garden.

The quiet room is furnished with an original ornamental fireplace, wardrobe, small desk, chair and double bed with a comfortable mattress. You'll have shared use of the cosy front lounge (with new sofa), kitchen, garden and new bathroom.

I like to stay activate and eat healthily. I like running, cycling, gardening and cooking and am home a fair bit but not all the time! This is quite a chilled house, not a party house. I also live with a lovely cat.

The house is 2 mins walk from the station and only about 5-10 minutes walk to a couple of large parks, Telegraph Hill and Hilly Fields, they both have free tennis and basketball courts. There is also a small Sainsburys and organic food store just around the corner along with a number of bars and restaurants within only a couple of minutes walk.

The price for the room £650 includes all bills and is payable monthly in advance by direct debit. References, signed Lodger Agreement (that I will provide) and £900 deposit will be required. Credit referencing will be undertaken.
