This is a family home in Brockley. We have two rooms available at the top of the house, one bedroom and a sitting room/study. We have a dog so you will need to like pets!

It's a family house so sorry if you want to have parties and lots of friends staying it's not for you... We are looking for a someone who wants their own space, there is a kitchen downstairs and two bathrooms all shared and a garden.

We have had lodgers before and are really happy sharing our space. The rooms are a good size with lots of light and right at the top so you have your own privacy.

Because of the mayhem with energy prices we cant have anyone who is working from home the whole time. We are looking for someone who like us is out at work or college during the day.
